This will definately be the movie of the year...

Moritz Waldemeyer created the futuristic version of pong. It is equipped with 2400 LED lights that track the balls movement and such, and as an added bonus, doubles up as a plain white table.
Well, sometime after that, in Ryerson's parody newspaper, "The Eyeopener," there was this article about Africa. It's so wrong, but at the same time very humorous.

Who doesn't love technology? Evolution is what makes life interesting these days. But for those who enjoy a blast from the past, this ones for you. Lasonic has created an Ipod Boombox to fit your needs. Just stick your Ipod in the dock and jam away to all your favorite 80's tunes.
And if you ever get bored, there's a radio as well.

It's pretty evident that USB's and other external hard drives are becoming the most common types of media and/or file storage. And although i've seen a couple interesting USB design concepts, more recently, a wooden laundry clip (interestingly enough, still fully functional as one...would be a pain to misplace don't you think?). This concept comes in form of a 4 gb mass media storage, designed to look and feel as a rock. Yes a rock. Just make sure you don't keep this thing lying around, in case someone decides to try break a window with it?
Look on the bright side, at least no one will be itching to steal it from you...

Not a bad idea, especially for designers and artists using big open spaces for their projects... The “Turn I” and “Split I” light by Joel Hesselgren.

The latest offering from Timex, a life index watch that you put on your skin, and it reads your biometric stats to determine how much longer you'll be alive. Freaky stuff people.
The piece is called, "Muto" by graf artist Blu.
Check it out, it's absolutely amazing.

I'm not sure how they plan to make this work...cause it almost seems unreal. Automotive manufacturer BMW is creating a prototype folding scooter, that folds to the size of a beer bottle, and unfolds similar to an umbrella, and snaps out. Love to see this in action.

The newest edition to the RIM family of Blackberry's, the Blackberry "Bold"/9000. Looking sleek as ever...

Always wanted a tatoo but were scared what your parents/work/friends might think? With the new "blacklight reactive ink", you can get whatever tatoo you want without fear of anyone seeing it....unless there with you under a blacklight. FREAKY.
50 cent gets his chain snatched during a concert in Angola, Africa! I bet he never saw this coming...
18 officers beat up on 3 shooting suspects in Philly.....caught on tape. Now there's some evidence to all those people who are naive enough to believe the police are innocent of vicious brutality.

The picture above might recall some memories in....2003; when gas prices kinda averaged that...
If you drive, you already know the pain and suffering the increased gas prices are causing everyone. Right now the price is sitting on average about $1.18/litre and fluctuating around ±$0.02 cents every day. It's estimated at the current pace, it will reach $1.50 by the summer.
However, if you were one of the luckier people who got up early and watch breakfast television, you would have known that they sponsored an event at Canadian Tire in Mississauga, at the corner of Mavis and Britannia, where for a few hours until 9am, they were selling gas for half price. Yes, the lucky ones who got to fill up at $0.68/litre were probably filled with joy, as the wait time was probably close to an hour.
Traffic was madness, and backed up anywhere within a 4 km radius of the area.
